Great culture, the best talent in the industry, who are also amazing people.. ESOP, profit sharing, challenging and rewarding work that keeps us on top of our game (in a good way!), etc. With employee ownership model, everyone has skin in the game and actually cares for our clients. I’ve seen folks go above and beyond to do the right thing when it would be easier to simply say “not my problem.” I’ve grown personally and professionally during my time here.

Cons

Haven’t been to Infocomm in a while.. otherwise that’s the only thing I could think of!
