      Culture is gone, the COO rules all

      Great people, and employee ownership sounds great on paper

      Cons

      In the past few years, the company has shifted 180 degrees. Now, the only opinion that matters is the COO. Decisions aren't made based on what is good for the company, the long term growth of the company, or the employees. The immediate perceived financial performance is the only thing that matters. No investment in employees or resources to advance AVI. No longer any path to career advancement. Rumor has it the founder and CEO are looking to leave, and they are no longer engaged. Such a shame - AVI was a fabulous company to work for just a few years ago.

      Not very good to the people who work for them who are contracted out.

      Pros

      The bonus pay when you get it. They say do more than 20 words but I can not think of anything good. O yes you get a Polo T-shirt

      Cons

      No help to encourage you on the progress of training Do not care if you have problems in your work place Do not realize when they have a good hard worker There is more but I feel like I am complaining. If you are in the gang then they will take care of you.
