      Pros

      Company management sincerely cares about the employees. An incredible Executive team and talent at the top. Very approachable. Great vision. Great profit sharing plan

      Cons

      Not many. Some processes were a little cumbersome to complete, however, this can be found at most larger organizations.

      Pros

      Employee Ownership: Everyone benefits from the financial performance of the business. Customer focus: People go out of their way to do a great job for our customers. Humility: Leaders listen to ideas from the entire team. Cool stuff: Feels like we can really make a difference for our customers, and each other.

      Cons

      You need to take ownership. Not a lot of people sitting around telling you what to do. Co-workers expect that you'll do your part. If you're not up to committing to doing it right, this is not the place for you.
