      Pros

      There 401K is the best out there. If you put your own money in like I did, or not, they would put a lot of extra money into your 401K. Hard to get fired from.

      Cons

      There health insurance is one of the highest out there. Bonuses are going away. 2 raises in 6 years. Yearly reviews with a 4 out of 5 and nothing to show for it. Like I stated above, hard to get fired from so some bad apples stick around for a very long time.

      Pros

      When you achieve they pay extremely well, no one micro manages you, and being employee owned there is a generous profit sharing program.

      Cons

      There's really no clear career path if you're interested in climbing the corporate ladder and the AV industry in general is a little disorganized.
