Pros

Employee Stock Options. Schedule flexibility. Nice new location.

Cons

Medical is the worst. 10k deduc. Only 80% covered after deduc met. Management has been with the company for awhile, are close-minded, have old fashion processes, are set in their ways, and don't promote growth or smarter more efficient processes. They don't listen to their employees. It's their way or the highway.

Because we are an ESOP the best thing about AVI has always been the People. Everyone pulls together for the benefit of the customer.

Cons

Its hard to list any cons however for some people processes and procedures are perceived as rigid.When they are intended to keep the company strong.
