      The bonus pay when you get it. They say do more than 20 words but I can not think of anything good. O yes you get a Polo T-shirt

      Cons

      No help to encourage you on the progress of training Do not care if you have problems in your work place Do not realize when they have a good hard worker There is more but I feel like I am complaining. If you are in the gang then they will take care of you.

      Pros

      ESOP company. Innovative company who really wants to grow so always looking to employees for suggestions on how to improve, giving you a voice. Everyone is very friendly and wants to see you do well. If you work hard there are a lot of opportunities to shine.

      Cons

      Working from home is not really an option for our department but would be nice from time to time. Not very much training went into new ERP system but they are working on creating documents now
