As far as sales jobs go, Executive Recruiting really is a good one and FPC is a great place to do it at. Lots of training and support.

Cons

Sales is not easy and you eat what you kill, so you better ooze self confidence and get the job done!

Pros

The management staff was phenomenal -- very helpful and supportive -- and the work was challenging. I especially enjoyed interviewing potential candidates and doing background checks for their prospective employers.

Cons

The work could be very stressful in that it was all done by phone. You need a very good memory for names and details (which I don't have) or to take very good notes (which I did).
