      The ability to learn all aspects of not only your own position but everyone that works in the office with you.

      There are no positives to working for FPI

      Cons

      Too many to type here. Management isn't helpful at all! The commissions for low income tax credited are Super low for all the work you have to do to get a file even submitted for approval!

      Good Company - bad field

      Pros

      Great community that is willing to help with training, efficient team that completes task in a timely manner, and positive work place.

      Cons

      The property I worked at had several problems with residents and the cops were called on several occasions. However, that is more a result of the property and less an effect of the company itself
