      Pros

      I love the work environments and how much the company cares about employee health and safety.

      Cons

      Sometimes you do not know what to expect working at different communities because each ownership is different as is each property.

      This is a money hungry company send you notices and bang on your door literally for 2$

      Constantly call /txt or notices for any little thing

      Pros

      benefits, clean properties, and one hour lunch.

      Cons

      I would have put nothing in the PRO's, but it makes you put 5 words. Everyone get's a lunch at a full time job. Obviously that is not a pro. This company under pay's, and you have zero training on their systems. They basically want you to teach yourself. The training is a joke, and if you have any issues with the manager treating you a certain way do not complain to upper management. They keep their friends, and relocate you or let you go.
