My property was sold and FPI took over the management. They kept me in my role and I am thrilled. I had not major complaints about the previous management company as they were pretty good to me. BUT FPI is even better. Corporate provides awesome support. PM understands that my success is their success and are very good at giving me the tools to succeed. If you are willing to work hard and take pride in a job well done, are willing to the extra mile and support your team members, they do the same in return. This is NOT always the case with other companies. It CAN be a lot, it CAN be overwhelming, residents CAN be a PIA, but having FPI backing me up makes it all worth it. I am very satisfied with my pay and the constant positive feedback I receive for my performance.

Cons

I have only worked for FPI during COVID - which has been a difficult time for hiring. Especially qualified maintenance people and site level employees. I do not feel like that is FPI's fault.
