Pros

Free medical, employer paid insurance.

Cons

Everything else. Unrealistic expectations of time - there are more expectations than there are hours in the day. No support from upper management - as well as verbal mistreatment. Lack of guidance - you will be directed to the list of almost 1,000 SOP forms, without being able to speak to a real person when you have questions about your job duties or responsibilities.

The company was great, they worked with my schedule for my kids.

Cons

Manager I had was garbage. She was rude and expected me to know the job with very little training
