Job is never boring, the company recognizes hard work, started as a part-time leasing consultant and have been able to work my way up to a Senior Director, always feel well supported and appreciated, work with my best friends, and love the company team feeling!

Cons

Love my company so much that I feel like I can never leave.

Pros

Having the Helpdesk for technical difficulties. Being able to reach out to your co-workers and getting guidance when needed. Seeing the various emails of acknowledgement (Prayers, Anniversary, New Staffing, etc...) Upper Management gives you the sense that we're all equal now matter what position we play.

Cons

This may sound unreal, but honestly, there isn't any.

I truly enjoy our beautiful FPI Culture, how we care for each other and help each other when needed. There are many resources available for us, from learning day to day practices to helping us improve our health through the Wellness Programs.

Cons

Health Benefits do not cover everything referred by my Physician and Kaiser is not an option for coverage.
