The only good thing about working for this company is they do promote within so if you want to move up in the company there is a lot of turn around so you will go from being a leading to manager within months.

Cons

The worst part about this company is there is no training. Once you become manager your left to figure everything out yourself no guidance from upper management. Also you do not receive hand book on any policy or procedures everything you need is on the company internet which has over 200 policies and procedures, so for example you will get disciplined on things that you did not know was a violation of company policy due to the fact you have. No time to read all the policy, which in return you will be terminated or on a performance plan For something that you may have no know was against the rules till after it happened so the training and policy’s should really be addressed to have successful employees for this company.

The support and guidance I have received since joining the FPI team has been amazing. From the sources available right at my fingertips, to the HelpDesk support team and the leadership and motivation of my Supervisors, I have been able to quickly adapt and become acclimated to my position with ease and with confidence due to these support systems. It has been quite refreshing overall and I would not hesitate to recommend FPI to anyone!
