      Great Company to work for ! The Benefits are on par, the staff I work with are professional and caring. Management is "Top Notch" and professional as well. This is my second go around with them, ( As I had previously worked with them but , new Management came on board and they didn't have a Supervisor position. So they keep me in good standing with them as I took another position for a different Company, which was far behind FPI's Quality and professionalism !) So happy to be back with people who care about their employees ! That's why ...FPI ROCKS

      Nepotism, Favoritism, Not all Portfolio Managers follow HEART mantra

      1. Enjoyed working with team within portfolio 2. Enjoyed working with corporate staff 3. CEO seems genuine 4. Enjoyed working with the majority of my supervisors. 5. Tenants can be interesting and fun

      Cons

      PMs I have had many. Some were awesome but most recently had the worst. Antiquated micromanagement style is toxic. Rude and disrespectful power mongers should no longer be tolerated in any work environment. However, complaints from site employees to upper management and HR fall on deaf ears. Subordinates are blamed for everything. PMs not held accountable and allowed to retaliate making a hostile environment.
