Pros

FPI stands by their employees and recognizes the potential in each person. I started as a Leasing Consultant and became Assistant Community Director, then Community Director within 2 years. They have always treated me fairly and with respect, and don't get hung up on persnal life circumstances that may affect performance. In fact, they have shown nothing but support while I navigate some of the toughest moments in my life. I have been a happy employee from the start and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to enter, or is already well versed in the property management field.

Low pay, heavy workload with zero home balance. Not a family oriented environment.

Lots of good training and advancement within the company.

Cons

Pay is really low for the amount for the work load. Corporate does not value employees. Never done with work...They expect you to use your personal phone for work purposes but do not compensate...They make promises that they do not intend on keeping...

Great Benefits and time off perks, flex spend programs and willingness to work with you for last minute schedule changes

Cons

Some propertys are more high maintenance than others but are expected to run on same size staffing levels.
