      Pros

      No one is ever going to be overtly mean to you. Unlike some other companies in the industry, FPI doesn't reward being a horrible person. The CEO constantly sends out emails asking you to pray for people. If you're religious, that might be a pro.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits aren't the greatest. Also, if you can't get to work because of snow, you can either use vacation time or take the time off unpaid. You can't use sick time.

Last year, the Company expanded its medical benefits, implemented a robust Wellness Program and added Martin Luther King Jr. Day to the list of observed onsite holidays. The background screening process can take up to two weeks because the screening requirements for employees are more extensive than what is required for residents.       Pros

      They have very good trainings.

      Cons

      If you don't belong to their clique, they will make sure you notice. They discriminates, harass and much more. I have seen a lot since I move to Colorado. Thanks God it was not towards me but towards other employees...Oh yeah. I don't know how they haven't been sue by those people. The turn over of employees at the properties at Colorado are insane, and crazy. People work there by entittlement not by earning their position.
