      Pros

      I have worked for other management companies. I have worked for FPI almost 8 years, I have enjoyed every minute. I have had support for work or personal life. My regional pm and pm are the best. We have a great support team at FPI. They are there to encouragement or help when you need it.

      I have been working for FPI MANAGEMENT for a year now, and it has been one of the best choices I’ve made! Great place to grow, learn and make more of yourself!

      Cons

      The only CON I have is that I haven’t been transferred to a property in LA yet. 😭

      I have been a property manager with FPI for 5 years. FPI Management is an amazing management company to work for! They have great benefits, ongoing training in regards to the position you have with the company, excellent communication to employees, you can find help through the HelpDesk or through the company's site addresses. There are so many resources that are offered, I honestly could go on!
