      The support and guidance I have received while being with the FPI Team for nearly 23 years is amazing. A lot of things have changed and grown in the industry, FPI's resources, training, technology and support has always surpassed the trends. they go above and beyond for their employees and residents.

      There is an atmosphere of caring there that you cannot fake. And it starts at the top. They truly put people first and show that by example every single day. You feel like part of a family and that makes it a special place to work.
