      Pros

      I started working with FPI almost 2 years ago. I was inexperienced in the field but they gave me a chance and have been so amazing since then. FPI has a great benefits package and is very competitive with wages and bonuses. Teamwork is heavily encouraged and it shows every time a question comes up and I reach out to one of my many coworkers in the area for help. FPI Has given me so many opportunities to grow in my career and I am so glad I found this work family!

      FPI ROCKS with HEART

      Team spirit, everyone really comes together when you need them to. Great learning opportunities with all the training offered to every single employee. Internal growth opportunities available for those wanting to make more of their careers. FPI is a company that cares about their employees and does their part to help make them the best they can be.
