Great leadership and leaders that actually cares about their employees. There are many opportunities for growth, and benefits are good. I would definitely recommend employment with FPI.

I have worked with a couple of different companies in the past and none are as caring as FPI. The leaders we have are awesome, great examples. Everyone is very supportive, motivational and understanding. I definitely recommend to friends and family.
