Pros

Christian based and nice annual manager's meeting.

Cons

Everything is micro managed and tasks are put on employees all at one time and expects to be done "right now". Employees feel harassed, over worked and underpaid.

No Work-Life Balance

Pros

Pay is fine. Benefits are good if you don't have any dependents. Some of the offices and properties are really pretty. Some of the regionals are great.

Cons

No work life balance. High employee turnover! Always short staffed! Upper management doesn't always listen, retribution for speaking up or asking for support when there are serious issues with direct supervisor's conduct. Employee are afraid to go to HR. Favoritism/ nepotism causes upper management dismiss issues as "personality conflicts" and threaten good employees with mandatory transfers rather than dealing with the real issues. No opportunities for employee enrichment (seminars, classes)- Grace Hill doesn't count, especially since no one really does the online classes (not enough time in the day)- they just click through as quickly as possible to get to the test. Stuck using some really crappy vendors due to conflicts of interest and nepotism. Unrealistic promises made to the client, causing the employees to suffer greatly.

Pros

I started in the industry with FPI Management as a leasing agent and got directly hired very quickly. The training was good and I learned a lot with the help of people I worked with on a daily basis.

Cons

The pay was low, I got transferred after a year and had to drive an hour each way to and from work. Two years at this company with excellent work ethics, and a promotion to Assistant Manager, but never got a raise. Although, there was always that carrot hanging on a string.
