Pros

Management and the staff are a refreshing joy to work with. I've worked in the hotel industry where it's all about positive attitude but these people are truly fun to work with

Cons

None....maybe under staffed at times but not FPI s fault. Lack luster work force in area

Terrible Upper Management

Pros

Okay benefits, paid vacation and sick, bonuses. Enjoyed getting to know residents. Opportunity for advancement if that is your goal.

Cons

Upper management (PM's) treat all the employees "under" them like they are better or know better. As an employee in the office, we knew what the residents wanted and needed but out recommendations would fall on deaf ears. PM'S bully CD's and ACD'S making them feel they are not doing their jobs even if they have been there over 10 years. The owner of FPI allows the PM's to treat people however they want to even if it means firing them for no reason at all. Corporate and PM'S have a "clique " and make sure to "flex their ppwer" whenever they have the chance. You lose all the amazing hardworking people and keep the incompetent naive ones to "mold" them how you like.

Pros

The residents are their greatest asset. Not many pros for FPI to brag about.

Cons

They only promote and support the young and inexperienced staff. Most staff reflect the barbie doll image. HR has allowed inappropriate staff behavior and do not follow up on grievances, preferring to fire those that do complain about their work environment. There are numerous pending lawsuits or complaints regarding fair housing practices when advertising pricing and amenities. Community Directors are allowed to pick and choose residents, based on whether they like the resident. Training is online and no personal teachings outside the office. Pay is horrible.
