Pros

Not one thing is worth the illegal and unethical things asked to do. Not one thing!

Cons

Your supervisors will ask you to do unlawful and unethical things , and then isolate you for reporting it . It’s a “high school” dynamic and the corporate/ uppers are the “cool” kids and you are the kid who gets bullied for doing the right things. I was sorely underpaid, unappreciated , and over worked. My Workload was a lot of other people (supervisors ) work assignments pawned off to me but expected to meet their deadlines only for them to put their name on it. Despite the MULTIPLE occasions to address issues - illegal and or unethical to my direct supervisor- Or up the chain of command I was left with no resolutions not Even the grievances filed. I was left with no other option but to step down after almost 2 years. And took a job with a pay cut …. That’s how terrible these people working in the company are. It is a disappointment “HEART” motto is a SHAM!

Pros

Health insurance, vacation time, values (wish they upheld)

Cons

Upper Management lacks empathy & have idealistic expectations. There are no checks & balances with upper management. They will sacrifice the Managers & site staff to keep a customer happy while paying dimes & nikcles. Many Managers have left on stress due to the exaggerrated wrk, short staff, no overtime & ridiculous time frames. Our regionals are stressed out & over worked with their plate overflowing & no one who cares to listen because, at the end of the day everything is their responsibility.

Pros

Benefits, other than that, nothing else

Cons

Very clichy type of environment. Expect as a salaried employee for your assistant manager, maintenance supervisor and maintenance techs to make way more than you on their hourly. Easily 55-60+ hr work week. Expect to come in on weekends to make deposits for corporate.
