      Pros

      I have worked at FPI for 25+ years, which means I love and believe in FPI. The employees are great to work with, and have become family. I look forward to many more years with this Company.

      -FPI is experienced in the industry & always striving to improve. -The new 2017 leadership teams are bringing people together & building a clearer vision for our departments. As a long term employee, I am encouraged now more than ever about the direction we are heading! -Down to earth people -No micromanagement - do your job with no hassle or fuss -Long-Term employees with experience, loyalty, and unparalleled dedication. -A Spiritual Community -Employees embody our Motto - HEART (Humility, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork) from the TOP down. -FPI Gives back. We participate in many charity drives, events, and make donations to those in need. -FPI Cares about it's employees. The past two years, there has been a remarkable effort to get our employees MOVING. -Recognition for our employees - remarkable site employees have many opportunities to be recognized at industry events. -A great effort is put into Employee Luncheons & Manager Meetings to make employees feel valued. -We do our very best to meet the demands of our clients. This is our strength and at times our weakness. :)

      Cons

      -Many of our employees are remote & there are some communication barriers that naturally come with that model. -Our pace of Growth can be painful at times. A good problem to have!
