A very large company that behaves much like a small family owned company. DT, our President is very inspirational, he is easy to talk to, down to earth, and has no problem sharing his values and faith with all of us, despite the political correctness that is expected of a large employer. A third party management that is always looking for improvements to processes to make our team members more efficient/effective. FPI is forward thinking with an amazing growth trajectory. Feel free to contact me for specifics on why I am such a fan.

Cons

Having worked for many companies, I now know that the perfect company does not exist. At FPI we don't pretend to be perfect in every way, we continue to learn and grow, every single day.
