      There are none. Unprofessional, unethical, uneducated criminals. Period.

      Cons

      Have worked here 8+years with no write ups, 100% satisfactory reviews every year, bonuses and raises every year, even nominated for an award! Now a new PM came in and is threatening to fire or forcibly transfer all the Latino employees and hire all her African American friends with zero/minimal experience. HR and upper management doesn’t seem to care.

      Most of the reviews are fake management asks you to put a great review on here so there stars stay at 4 minimum. I have four Starbucks gift cards to prove it. As for advancement it’s very poor I’ve had people quit because they won’t even give them a chance to fail. We have been working in and out of apartments since this virus started with not even a thank you. No boosted pay and They buy the cheapest mask to give you and they want you to just go in and do it when you get sick they don’t even pay for your time off To go get tested you have to use your vacation time or sick pay. Not too many people have 15 days vacation in one year. They tell you if you don’t like it there’s plenty of people out there looking for work. I’m just saying if you’re going to move into one of their properties talk to some of the tenants they’ll tell you what’s going on.

      Very low compensation and unfair bonus system. Highly unprofessional upper management. Highly unorganized. Very cheap with resources. Awful experience.
