      No structure, company is cheap, they over work you amd underpay you.

      Pros

      Paycheck is the only thing I can think of.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, understaffed. Company is not managed by professionals. Company hires friends for cush jobs and corporate positions without proper training. I can do my PMs job better than my PM. Company with pay the corporate people and friends very well everyone else gets treated like complete garbage.
