Teamwork is the dream work. The culture in the department I work in is team oriented! Everyone comes together when a team member needs assistance, it's all hands-on deck. The open communication with both my managers and colleagues is impressive. It's truly a family atmosphere that mirrors the HEART mission. Dennis Treadaway our President & CEO sends motivating messages at the perfect time when you may need that message, they are positive and inspiring. I'm thankful to be a part of a great company that is growing year after year! I love my job! Thank you, FPI for choosing me to be a part of your team!

Having more dedicated IT personnel. Able can not be everywhere he may be needed. IT ticket system needs improvement.

Upper management was pretty unhelpful overall so many issues took longer than necessary to resolve
