They are intentional about making remote employees feel a part of the HR team.

Cons

Lack of transparency. Had several interviews, asked all the important questions. They failed to disclose they use Google operating system. Terminated after 30 days with NO warning. Literally received a FedEx envelope and then I emailed the H.R. leaders to inform them I had received my final check. Sloppy. Demeaning. Who does this and never coaches an excuse HR leader.

They paid out everything like 401 k when I left which was cool no other I’ve been at has done

They were fine I just wasn’t at the right place
