FPI treats their employees so well and truly care about us! I am proud to work for such a great company. They offer great support and training giving us tools and resources to be successful.

Cons

I would love more follow up on required reporting/projects to ensure consistency across the board. Occasionally I learn about a task I should have been doing that I was not aware of.

the property was close to home, that was the only advantage.

Cons

They micro-manage you. No equal pay, as long as you know the RPM you can get your foot in the door with no experience with same pay as others with more experience.
