Opportunity to be promoted in positions fast in the beginning.

Cons

If you are trying to work your way up the corporate ladder, depending on who you know, it may take longer and lead you to being overlooked, overworked and frustrated. Ownership also determines wages, understandably. However, frustrating. On the rumor mill, FPI is one of the lower paying property management companies. I increased my premium to help with costs of delivering my baby, which was great. Have not received my bonuses while on maternity leave/bonding leave. However, for as much as I’m paying, insurance does not include Dental to my surprise.

Run, don't walk to any Competitor in the Property Management Space

Pros

Great onsite co-workers, some managers and portfolio managers are helpful. Most Portfolio managers are rude and don't have your back with the property owners.

Cons

Low pay, terrible benefits package, unfriendly, unhelpful corporate HQ staff.
