Pros

-The AP manager is great. He is always there to make sure you get the help you need and always tries to accommodate to each of his employees. -Quiet environment, easy to focus. -Majority of employees are so kind and easy to work with.

Cons

-Proper training not given to CD's/GL's/PM's. You constantly have to teach them how to do their own job. -There are certain employees who constantly get away with wrong-doing, problems have been going on for years yet there are no repercussions. -Pay should be higher for the amount of work you do.

Pros

Friendly environment, nice to help residents, management provides tools

Cons

Overwhelmingly high expectations from maintenance. There is not enough budget for replacing appliances so in some cases the money they are willing to spend on the parts exceed the cost of replacement. We also had difficulty in hiring and keeping maintenance techs.

Pros

I really tired hard to find 1 pro and I honestly couldn’t. This has to be by far the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

No support from HR or regional managers. No training very short staffed. Poorly managed buildings. Accounts are all messed up, invoices not paid, and no one gets held accountable for why the properties are being ran into the ground. The compliance department is not knowledgeable about Washington state Tax Credit and beyond unhelpful. They provide you no training and you could me left months on a property alone with no help. Stay away!
