great company but needs better upper management

great pay, great benefits and always room for advancement

Cons

you cant advance because upper management is in shambles. no training provided other than clack and go online "training". upper management is obviously running in circles due the lack of knowledge. seems like they push everyone up that says yes to everything. they want obedience without question. good team work better with a bit of pushback on certain things that are not correct.

Everyone is really good at faking like they like each other

Cons

If you are not in California and don't want to operate your building like you are, this company is not for you. HR is absolutely frightened about getting sued so you literally can never let go problem employees. When operating in a red state with favorable landlord laws, you still need to operate like you are in a blue one.
