Pros

I can't say there are any pros about this company. FPI has some sort of medical coverage but its not Kaiser and they offer a few other benefits.

Cons

Don't expect to get a bonus. If you're a Manager or Assistant Manager or anything else to do with running a property they don't do anything for their employees such as holiday appreciation. In the two years I was with FPI I don't recall getting a Merry Christmas or Happy New years email. I did receive a happy birthday email. The upper Management team people are stressed with attitudes, confused and never take accountability and notorious for giving you the wrong information.

Not much to say on this. They at least provided benefits

Cons

Was not provided with the proper tools or resources to achieve success. I can speak for every property site, but where I was, it was not organized at all and had poor management style.
