      Time flexibility was a plus.

      No real opportunities for advancement. Pay is determined by your location and rarely changes.

      Thank you for your review. Recently, FSA was awarded Best Work-Life Balance as rated by our employees on Comparably, and we're glad to see you benefited from that, as well. While our pay is set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor, we do increase pay for employees whenever possible and offer bonuses based on performance.       FSA will negotiate salaries for those positions that state salaries depend on experience.

      FSA Management could improve on supporting the team.

      Worst company I ever worked for

      No pros whatsoever concerning this company

      Cons

      In order to get ahead you basically have to brown nose. Area Wage Determination for salary increases which is a joke. Haven’t had a pay raise in 14 years. Finally got a back to back one, and as of now nothing.
