Pros

I like the work that I do regarding Asset Forfeiture.

Cons

No steps/levels to this position so you can't move up & no matter how long you've been with the company, you make the same pay as the person who just started.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your high ratings of our Senior Leadership, Culture & Values, and Diversity & Inclusion. We seek to be a competitive employer and believe our leave and pay policies are among the best when compared with our peers. Although our pay rates are set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor, whenever it is possible, we increase pay rates on an annual basis and most of our tenured employees exceed the minimum required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act). Please reach out to your Senior Manager with any suggestions you may have on how we can further recognize employee performance and tenure.

We offer positions for a wide variety of experience levels, from the newly graduated student entering the workforce, to accomplished professionals, to retirees looking to keep their skills up. Our pay rates are set according to our contracts and customer requirements, but we do increase pay for employees when we can and offer bonuses based on performance. Should you have any suggestions on we might improve, please let your Senior Manager know.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree - the work we do in support of the government mission can be very interesting. Professional growth can often be difficult on government contracts; however, FSA provides employees with opportunities to improve skills and increase knowledge by providing various training opportunities and a tuition-reimbursement program. Employees are also encouraged to apply for higher level positions when appropriate. We welcome feedback on how we might be able to improve; please email qc@fsafederal.com with any suggestions you may have.
