-Left alone by higher management -No quotas or roll ups -Pay is higher than other contracting companies

Cons

-No furthering your career -No TDY or travel opportunities other than the basic initial requirement

We acknowledge career growth can be difficult when working on a government contract; however, FSA provides a variety of training opportunities and a tuition-reimbursement program to help employees grow professionally.
