Very limited growth opportunities. Contractors who perform the same functions as Govt employees at other locations are paid considerably less and do same work.

There are some actually decent human beings who work here, but the bad ones outweigh the good folks they have

Cons

No work life balance, you will never get a raise (don’t even think about asking for one or you will be bullied), no bonuses, no commuter benefits, no work from home, Management is terrible, you will be micro managed every second of your day, if you take lunch you will be looked down on... Need I continue?
