Low stress mostly, decent pay for amount of work

Cons

No raises, no advancement unless you work in DC, depending on agency contractors are looked down on

They mislabel the jobs in. order to get candidates

Pros

Absolutely no pros about this job or company

Cons

The lack of leadership is apparent when you first start. The on-site manager is incompetent and lacks common sense. The work is not distributed evenly and they don't know how to train people. This is a terrible company and I understand why they have a hard time retaining employees.
