      As an employee of FSA for over 8 years, I can honestly say that FSA is the best company I have worked for in my over 40 years of employment. I am not alone. I consistently receive positive communication from FSA employees in the field regarding their satisfaction with FSA. FSA is very employee oriented and tries to always consider what is in the best interest of the employees. They offer a great benefit package and the 401k plan is the best I have ever had. They also offer a lot of training opportunities and help with tuition. This is not your typical company. The open door policy is wonderful. I can at any time walk into the office of any manager and discuss ideas, concerns, suggestions etc and be listened to and on many occasions my ideas have been implemented! This company truly listens and cares about employees. Since there are many employees in the field, they are constantly trying to find ways to keep employees all over the US involved and informed. This includes news letters, emails, etc and recently all employees were given FSA golf shirts in appreciation of their hard work. FSA is a wonderful company to work for, just ask a current employee.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience and met some great people

      Cons

      Employees are not valued, very bad employee moral, no pay increases, benefits costs are high, terrible work life balance, not a friendly place to work, excessive extreme micro-managing by management, no room for growth, contributions to company go unrecognized. This company has lost its focus on its mission and has gone totally down hill.

With such a long tenure with FSA, we hope that while you were here you found some value and satisfaction. You may not have been aware, but each year, FSA gives out hundreds of awards and bonuses, many of them based on the customer’s feedback about the superior service of our employees. As with any company in our industry, FSA does give pay increases when possible, and we plan to continue to do so. We remain absolutely focused on our mission – excellence in support to our customers, both internal and external. We continue to be committed to providing robust benefits to our employees, at an affordable cost. Lastly, employee morale is vitally important to us - we welcome the opportunity to address employee issues when we are made aware of them. Again – thank you for sharing your opinion.       Great Contract Company!

      Pros

      This is a Federal contract company who really cares for their contractors. Great support in all phases of employment. Leaves you to be completely independent to do your job.

      Cons

      Like all contract companies they have no control over the agency for whom one toils. So excellent interpersonal skills are needed by the contractor to navigate the shoals of that particular agency.
