Pros
Pay salary is good starting out as a Data Analyst. Not a very challenging job at most times and there is a lot of down time (if you like to be bored). No travel involved.
Cons
It's been five plus years without raises and bonuses are minimal. Also, a new employee will start out at the same pay rate as someone who has been here for 10 plus years in the same position. No one visits your on-site supervisor therefore they can get away with whatever they want to - making the environment very unprofessional at many times. Not a challenging job with zero growth opportunities. You are very replaceable.
