Pros
Good networking experience as it provides services to a lot of government divisions so the exposure to these offices is always good
Cons
Benefits are awful. Leave = forget about it, hard to move up. You never ever deal with FSA again other than your hiring process. Management, anyone at the corporate office have little to no contact with their own employees and don't know what you do on a day to day basis...why they are even allowed to do your annual review is beyond me!!!! you deal with the client everyday, they are the ones who know your work...they are more your supervisors.
