Lack of pay, benefits, no real commuter benefits..you gotta pay for your own parking.

Exciting company to work for. Great benefits. Some offices let you have an alternative work schedule.

Cons

Upward Advancement can be hard...may take years for you to get an increase. If you work in a district office they don't allow work from home days.
