      Pros

      Office setting was laid back and relaxed and so were the employees. Location convenient to the Seattle link and plenty of places to eat.

      Cons

      I observed a lot of unethical behavior between two employees (one a supervisor) and I also believe that some of the attorneys did not care for their assistants.

      Full time position. Yearly bonus. Flexible hours. Vacation and sick leave.

      Cons

      Minimum mandatory use of leave.

We are not sure what you mean by a minimum mandatory use of leave - and would like more information. We encourage you to reach out to Human Resources directly to discuss. As with most government contractors, FSA does have legal and contractual requirements which we must adhere to. And yes, unlike some companies, FSA offers several types of leave options for our employees to take advantage of.       Exposure to Gov't work and management. Good networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Little room for growth. You must apply to new positions for advancement. New positions are only posted when a position is vacated (and not RIW'd) or the Gov't agrees to add a position.
