FSA has a pretty decent salary and benefits package.

Pros

The benefit package with FSA is excellent especially their 50% match of 401K contributions up to 5% of the employee's salary. It's a very rewarding experience working in Federal Government offices as a contractor. It's an honor to do my job at the U.S. Attorney's Office completing the mission we set out to accomplish every day.

Cons

An increase in the sick leave would be beneficial. In the least, with more years of service, and increase in the number of sick days, like the company does for vacation time.

At FSA, we are proud of the support that our employees provide to our customers, and appreciate knowing that you feel the same way about supporting your customer's mission. Thank you for your service. Regarding benefits - FSA regularly reviews our benefits packages including sick pay, and we work hard to provide a robust package at a competitive cost. We will continue to look at the plans that we offer, like sick pay (and other benefits), with a close eye to the ever changing legislative requirements and generally increasing costs across the board for those plans.
