      Pros

      The job description for my contractor role supporting the DOJ sounded exciting. It was a chance to learn government accounting.

      Cons

      Not able to do basic accounting processes without contacting the field offices to verify what should be done. From a company perspective, there was a lack of support for line employees.

      If this is your first job, then this is a great way to get your foot in the door. pay is great! benefits are good.

      Cons

      No room for growth, the environment for where I work is not very friendly (everyone sticks to themselves)
