      Pros

      Pay okay...get it upfront; don't think a raise is in your future. Commute congestion not too bad. Plenty of shopping and eateries in the local area.

      Cons

      Upper management not supportive, poor internal controls, unsure of proper paths to focus on. Employee skill set under appreciated; BUT, definitely utilized!
