Pros

I get to work closely with the FST Owners to secure future work. There is a high level of trust and respect that is the foundation of everything we do and people within the organization will go out of their way to make sure you're successful.

Cons

I don't have many cons. Life is good.

Everyone is treated with respect and professionalism. Feedback is positive and constructive. I have been here 7 years and no one has ever raised there voice in anger.

Cons

We are spread out over the country so we are separated from a large number of our co workers.
