Pros

They are competitive and pay on time, but the benefits are not that good, And they seem to have a tattle-tale culture where everyone tells on you to HR and HR uses it like a power play.

Cons

Cheap at the OpCo level and will try to save every penny for the parent company to enjoy. No fun and perks for the workers. Only the Sr leaders. Very obvious splits between the workers, managers, and those off site FTIA Sr leaders that drop in once in a while.
