Pros
I think FTI offers great work life balance relative to other top consulting firms. I feel well compensated relative to my time and am grateful to get to work there.
Cons
Sometimes the firm can get bureaucratic and the team dynamics can be off at times. This is case by case obviously, would say majority of people I’ve worked with have been smart, competent and generally pleasant people.
